Our Company History

Today, Supreme Office Products is Canada's Largest Independent Office and Learning Product Supplier, and the 6th Largest in North America.

Of course, we didn't start out in this position. Please read on to learn about our humble beginnings.....

Supreme Office Products Limited was born to manage change.

On Thursday December 5, 1974, Edmund Bosche, who was the Branch Manager of the Regina location for a Calgary-based office supplier, was notified that the company would be consolidating its holdings and closing the Regina branch. He and his 14 employees would soon be out of work.
For Ed, who had been working for the company in Regina since 1956, the announcement was a moment of decision. He could either move to Calgary with the company or stay at home in Regina. There were also the Regina employees to consider and a lot of loyal customers.

By 4:00 PM on Sunday December 8, 1974, Supreme Office Products Limited was in business.

Mr. Bosche, passed away in 1995. The company continues to grow and prosper under the ownership of the Bosche family.

TIMELINE:
  • Began Operations in 1974 in Regina, SK

  • Mid to late 80's expanded into Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, and Prince Albert, SK

  • Expanded to Calgary, AB in 2000

  • Added Edmonton, AB, Altona, MB in 2001

  • Opened Winnipeg, MB Sales Office in 2003

  • Expanded to Richmond Hill, ON (GTA) in 2011


  • Supreme Office Products Limited has four divisions: Supreme Basics, Supreme Distributors, Supreme Printing and Supreme Learning.
